By accessing motoslicks.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or telemetry data.

2. Intellectual Property

All software logic, gallery components, and proprietary visual telemetry charts are the intellectual property of Motoslicks. Users are encouraged to share screenshots for social media or discussion, provided that motoslicks.com is clearly credited as the source.

3. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

Our data is generated through custom algorithms and is for informational purposes only. Motoslicks does not guarantee 100% accuracy and shall not be held liable for any errors. We are an independent entity and are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dorna Sports S.L. or the FIM.

4. Restrictions

- No automated data collection (scraping).
- No commercial redistribution of charts without prior consent.
- No reverse engineering of telemetry logic.
